Getting Married?

Thank you for your interest in having your wedding at Pathway Church.

Please fill out the forms, and then call the church at 722-8020 to schedule a time with me to go over your forms, wedding fees and review the date you are requesting. Please bring the following to this meeting:

• Wedding Guidelines and Financial Agreement.
• Wedding Information
• Wedding Questionaire
• Release of Confidential Information Premarital Counseling
• Check for Premarital Counseling & Wedding deposit.

If you have questions regarding these forms, please contact Leta Brown in the church office at 722-8020 or leta.brown@pathwaychurchonline.com. After we have received the deposit your date will be submitted for approval. You will receive confirmation of your wedding date within 7-10 business days. Your check will not be deposited until the wedding has been approved.

After you complete your counseling sessions, an appointment to plan your wedding ceremony will be arranged with the pastor you have selected.
