Join Our Team

Our Upper Elementary Ministry volunteers are people with a passion to see children experience Jesus on their level. They serve kids, 3rd through 5th grade, in safe, age–appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. There are many opportunities to serve on Saturdays and Sundays and throughout the week.  Here's how:

Small Group Leader

It is our desire as you lead that a relationship is built between you and your small group of kids.  As a small group leader, you will consistently lead the same group of 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade, girls or boys, using curriculum discussion questions provided for you.  We hope every child who is in your small group will grow up and say:

1. “I need to make the wise choice.”
2. “I can trust God no matter what.”
3. “I should treat others the way that I want to be treated.

Praise and Worship Leader

Each service the children come to the Pathway Ballpark on Main Street  for large group worship with fun music that is full of motions and dance.   You can fall in love with engaging the kids in powerful Christ-centered worship.

Computer Check-In

Fifteen minutes before each service we have a team of  volunteers at our computers to assist parents with check-in.  If you have basic computer skills and would like to help before one of the weekend services, this is place for you!

Behind the Scenes

If you aren’t ready to work with children just yet, or cannot commit to weekends/every week, there are plenty of other opportunities to serve behind the scenes.  We have opportunities available to help in both the Ballpark and the "Farm".  Our Tech team is made up of valuable volunteers that have a wide variety of basic computer skills.
