We are delighted you are considering Westlink Christian Church to assist you in the spiritual development of your child. The first five years of a child’s life are the most critical in his/her fundamental learning process. Now is the best time to lay a foundation of spiritual learning that will continue as your child grows and matures. Our vision for the Nursery Ministry is to provide a loving, nurturing environment where children can be cared for while their parents are receiving or providing ministry. We want to offer a safe, Christ-centered environment for children while they are in our care.
We know you are entrusting us with a precious gift and that the nursery is often the first place a baby is cared for outside the home. You are welcome to drop by and visit with us, meet our care providers and ask questions.

Parent and Child Dedication
Our Parent and Child Dedication at Westlink is an important part of being “the family place”. Its purpose is to dedicate children to be raised in a Christian home, in anticipation of the day they will accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord; and to dedicate parents to raise their children in a Godly-manner.
Deuteronomy 6:4-7 reminds us that parents are the spiritual leaders of their children. In addition, our role as a church family is to come alongside and assist and support them in this journey. We want to improve our ability to help young parents in this process.
One month before each of the dedication weekends, there will be an orientation class for parents wanting to participate. Parents will learn about the dedication service, how to make it meaningful for their family and also will receive some important parenting information about helping their children develop spiritually. If parents are unable to attend this pre-dedication seminar, their participation in the dedication service will be postponed until they can attend the class.
