Various rooms are provided for your group to reserve depending on availability. Fees may apply with certain rooms.
Reservation submission deadline for groups of 50 or less is two weeks prior to your event date and for groups of 50+ four weeks prior to your event.
All reservations are pending when requested and may be subject to other authorizations as required depending on rooms requested. A confirmation of the room reservation will be emailed or a phone call made within a week of submission and will be contingent upon all required pre-authorizations being obtained. If disapproved you will be informed of the reason for disapproval and be given any available options that exist, if any.
Events scheduled on Saturdays must conclude by 2:00 pm.
Gym reservation slots of one hour per week are scheduled for Thursday and Friday evenings only between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm (concluding by 9:00 pm) with recurrence limited to three months.
